I would like to suggest you webhostingmadness.com for their different server and their decent service.

My opinion is to stay away from free or one-time fee hosting companies. This is an important feature of the site, so I would go with one of your monthly payments, and has been for some time.

You should better find a good list of who is allowed what you are looking for, be sure to ask their companies, if they really what you are looking for. Once you have some good list of companies, and ensure that they have a good supplier, you can search for online comments.
